1. Accounts

Our Service is designed to be used without a traditional account. We store minimal user information (name, institute, class level) in your browser's local storage to personalize your experience. You are responsible for safeguarding the device you use to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your personal device to any third party.

2. Use of AI Services

The Service utilizes third-party generative AI models (e.g., Google's Gemini) to provide its features. By using these features, you agree that your input may be sent to these third-party services for processing. While we do not log your prompts, your interactions may be subject to the third-party's own terms and privacy policies.

The output from AI models is generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You should not rely solely on the information provided by the AI and should verify critical information. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors in the AI-generated content.

You may be required to provide your own API key for the AI services if the default provisioned access is unavailable. You are responsible for all usage costs and compliance associated with your own API key.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users or generated by AI), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of STURIO and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You agree not to use the Service:

• To generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
